Staff very helpful and friendly. Car finished in the amount of time that Desiree (sp?) estimated. Appreciated her emailing me with the progress on the car. Car looked good. If I was FORCED to think of something negative to mention, the front passenger seat had a little dirt/grease/something on it, but just a little………. Not surprising because it looked like the interior had been nicely cleaned and polished – these things happen.

Good communication is the cornerstone of any successful business. The automated email system is a poor means of communication; especially, when it is inaccurate - not to mention that it is impersonal. It resulted in miscommunication and an unnecessary 40 minutes of driving on our part - time and money. Eliminate it - all updates should be personal phone calls. There is no advantage to the emails.

My check engine light came on about 40 minutes after I picked up the car. After the the light came on I could not take the engine above around 2700 rpm, otherwise it would start sputtering and the engine would lose power. I have never experienced the engine light or the sputtering before with this car. Can you please make this right?
