Extremely good customer service. My repair was done on-time and well. I was kept informed throughout the process. Vince was extremely helpful, even arranging to have the vehicle delivered to my home. This was a bad experience (the accident) that TVC made much better.

I was extremely impressed with Vince and the technicians at TVCC. My car was rear ended in a 3-car collision several weeks ago, not my fault and no one was seriously injured. The quote was fair compared to two other body shops. I was promptly contacted for a convenient time to drop my car after the parts arrived. They contacted the ins. co. (USAA) and arranged a loaner/rental. The repairs were timely and very well done. I was very pleased with their professionalism, communication and accommodating attitude with my work schedule. I personally give them a resounding “10” on a scale of **** to 10, and two thumbs up. They even washed my car upon return, I like a clean car. They also gave me two free car washes to boot! Even though this was an unforeseen accident, even during the busy holiday season, the staff at Treasure Valley Collision Center turned a negative into a positive. Sincerely, Pug
