While the shop location and the service was very friendly, the repair took too long. The original part was damaged, causing delay and then once “fixed” there was a dent in the repaired part.

Need to bring car back. Hazard lights turn on when you close the door, turn on car, turn off car. It was not doing that before and it should not be doing that.
I have to take time out of my schedule to do this.

Repairs are always amazing! There's just a small communication problem. I dropped my car off & dont think anything was started til 3 days later. 7 days to fix some scratches seems a bit long, but like I said the repairs were top notch. A year ago, I was rear ended and shoved into the car un front of me. Again, work was excellent, but communication was a smidge lacking. I wasn't kept posted this time, simply told at day 4 when they would likely be done. Then didn't hear again til they were done.
