The whole process went very well. Starting with Customer Service. Laura provided great and friendly customer service. Everyday I received updates on the status of my vehicle either by text message or E-Mail. Jorge always kept me informed of what was being done to my vehicle. Overall great experience and I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles back in the future. Thank You!

I was very satisfied with the repair, when I got to the shop I was in a hurry because I needed to be at work in 30 mins but Jorge instantly took care of all the paperwork and I was out of there in no time. I appreciate how he took the time to explain how the insurance process works, being that this was the first time I was billing someone else's insurance. I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but Jorge's great customer service skills made me feel at ease. I'd recommend this shop to my family/friends.
