There was a lot of confusion around the day/time my car would be available. I received a lot of conflicting information. I had to move around my schedule and find alternate transportation options based on what I was told, so being told conflicting information was frustrating. I was satisfied with everything else though. Friendly staff and the fixes to my vehicle are great.

I have one comment to pass on that may not be on the positive side. When I drove off I noticed that my 4Runner was in 4 wheel drive. I'm not sure why but be sure to check this in the future
