Positive feedback first: Raul worked with me to get my car in for repair much sooner than originally anticipated Not so good... Part of the deal was the free company loaner car. When I arrived, there was no car available. I should have asked for a free Enterprise Car. Instead it was a time consuming trip for me to get to work since I hadn't lined up a ride. The cost would up being almost twice as much as the original estimate - a simple bumper replacement. I understand that some times damage isn't apparent, but I was already without my car for a day, the bumper was off...I felt kind of held hostage to say yes to $964 instead of $500 ish. SVE came highly recommended to me, not sure I'd do the same.

I'd encourage you to overestimate rather than underestimate the repair time and also make sure your email updates are consistent with what you're telling customers over the phone. I was told in three different phone conversations that my car would definitely be ready on a Friday, but it wasn't ready until the following Tuesday (which is what your email updates were estimating, but I usually trust phone conversations more). The repair work looks great, though!

Second time I've used you folks over 8 or 9 years. Your lot is full of cool cars, and I bring old clunkers. An 85 bmw e30 once, and my 88 gmc this time. I feel like my old cars get treated just fine and with a good sense of keeping the cost of repairs in line with the age of the car.
