This is the second time I have gone to Shadow Lake Collision Center for service. They did an amazing job the first time I went there, and again this time. The frequent updates through text and the link were nice to have. My car was even completed ahead of schedule! Always great customer service and very friendly and professional.

They not only took care of the rear end damage, they provided the best customer experience I have had yet. They left extra paint for touch ups, they cleaned my entire car and gave me through the day updates. :) great work and great service!!!!

I chose Shadow Lake Collision because I knew where it was located and recognized the name, not knowing more then that. The communication want very good. I called rather than dinnertime calling me. The only phone call was when a part was going to be a week late and that information was wrong. Need to seriously improve communication.
