Kevin Evans answered all my questions whether it was about car repair, insurance or car rental. His advice was top notch. He was great. The lady that answers the phone knows her stuff also. We had heard that S&W was good, but now we KNOW how great S&W is. Thank you for taking care of us in such a trust worthy manner. We won't hesitate to return !
