Really appreciated the awesome fast service Tammy and the other customer service crew gave me while I had my vehicle repaired. Excellent notifications and all around service. I don't think any other company I have dealed with had such great service and went above and beyond to make my wait worthwhile. Excellent service, I just cannot say enough. I am really happy with the service.

The team in the collision center at Legacy Ford is amazing.Tammy and Eric went above and beyond which make the whole experience smooth. Their communication with me was impeccable. Any and all questions were answered, and all the vehicles were delivered in the time frame set in the beginning. They are the reason (along with the work done)that I have brought all my vehicles (3 cars in collisions) back to Legacy Ford, and keep bringing any future vehicle back to them, god forbid.
