Overall, the fit and finish of the car looks great and the paint finish looks good. I would come back for the future paint and body work. Jackie was pleasant and easy to work with and she did her best to cover for either the technician who disassembled the car and who should have been responsible for ordering all the necessary parts and/or the parts department or both. Cindy, thank you for purchasing a second tire to match the one purchased by insurance. It went a long way!

My frustration comes from the lack of attention to detail, multiple delays, a couple discontinued parts--one of which I found in less than **** minute of doing a google search--finding 6 more of the same item within 20 more minutes. Brackets that should have been straightened by the technician as soon as it was determined the part was discontinued and the fact that salvage yards didn't want to sell just the bracket from the bumper--I understand that part.... An executive decision should have been made to straighten the brackets or call me immediately to make the decision--not take over a week or more to find no brackets and make no decision.
Tire: Two days before a second delivery date I'm questioned about whether or not I'm replacing the damaged tire from the collision??????? and then told the tire from the collision was not in the trunk where I said it was.... I looks really bad that no one ever looked in the spare tire compartment in the trunk, before saying you couldn't find it.
Had I not complained to the insurance company about the time line of ordering parts and the delays, I would have been out of my rental before my car was completed. Not good! If you know you made some mistakes--cover the rental--do what you need to do to keep the customer from being inconvenienced!
Because I have experience as service manager of two automotive shops here in Colorado Springs for almost 5 years and worked for a dealer as a technician for 15 years, I know this was not a true reflection of your shop as a whole, but the mistakes or inexperience of a few.

EXCELLENT WORK !!! We have never been more satisfied. The only thing that went wrong was that we received a phone call saying that the car was ready--we ran down to get it, and it wasn't ready yet ! But really, the work is so professional. The car looks brand-spankin' new ! THank you !

i think that the process took too long.
I think there was some delay on ordering parts throughout the month.
I chose SS because I had hoped they would be prompt in getting my car back to me. Four and a half weeks seems far too long for that job.
During the last week, the rental car I had was scratched so I am now our another $250 deductible! Not happy.

They did a nice job matching paint on a door repair for a very old car. It was also amazingly fast. My car went in early morning on a Tuesday and was done by close of business on Wednesday. Very slick. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Ok , I work in the industry so perhaps I shouldn’t count, but knowing that I chose Status. Everyone was very nice, it took longer than quoted, but I knew it would. I wanted the best and got it , my repair is perfect. Things to fix, quote-times. Things to keep, the people in back doing the work, raises in order. On a side note, Jackie was very nice and I do understand the middle ground she rides every call. It’s not a dig , just an observation, one she had no control over. Over all, having worked for your competition, I recommend you.
