Everything was good except the shop telling USAA I didn't need a rental and why did I have it towed when I was looking out for my safety. Other than that nice place and people and I did get my light fixed at least...

Found some marks I know we're not on the car when we turned it in. Also, when I adjusted the rear view mirror, it was very loose. The whole mirror and shroud completely came off while I was driving.

My car looks beautiful! It was returned clean with even a few extra touch ups free of charge. I loved the text message updates so I knew exactly where things were without having to take time to call. Status Symbol worked well with my rental car company so everything was easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the two shop dogs are the sweetest!
