Overall it was good, but I have to return to fix my taillight and that took away from errands that I needed to complete. But I am grateful there was any disputes.

There was a scratch missing which I spoke to Nicholas the Geico agent about. He did offer to repair it I just cannot afford to be without the vehicle any longer as that is my only form of transportation. The repair also took longer than promised and I had to pay extra money for the rental which I could not afford.

The right tail pipe which was hit in the accident is still lower than left (a direct result of the impact), and the black tape is still a little scratched as well as the plastic guard at the bottom of the bumper. This car was brand new, driven off the lot only two hours before it was rear ended in the accident. I would have expected that my car was fully restored, and all damage no longer visible.

The car looks good and appears fine. Customer service seemed okay, although it was mostly the Geico rep I dealt with and he was very good. Loved the convenience of the rental car/Geico and repair shop all at on stop. I liked the voice mail and email updates, although there were inconsistencies with the messages as the email seemed to be an automated system.

The new doors do not seal tight and there is a lot of air leakage and noise from the air coming in the car. On my return to West Palm Beach, I will bring in the car to see if this problem can be rectified. Regards Bill Etches
