My car's repair was finished earlier than the date given. I was worried about the color match ,as this is the bright grabber blue on my Mustang. They washed and waxed and cleaned my car from front to back. The camera I could never clean it well enough, and they did an awesome job!!! I can not thank you enough for the perfect job you all did with my baby, my Mustang. A million thank you's!!!!! My car is back to perfection...

I am satisfied with SKyler and Jeff how respectful they were with me following up. The only thing I was not not satisfied with is with another lady that was totally disrespectful to me that sits at the front. I felt her as being prejudice. She treated me awful the way she was talking to me was awful,so I walked off informing her I was going to make some calls and as I started to make calls in my car, she approached me outside and started talking to me sarcastically again. She would not tell me when Skylar was returning from lunch and she stated, "I don't know." So I waited until Skylar returned.

Will be discussing with body shop manager today. Not only did the repair take over 3x the initial time estimate, today a fog light fell out of the housing and had the potential to be extremely dangerous to me and others on the road. Unacceptable!!!
