Jeff's Garage was great the two times we had to use them for my son's car. Living in Michigan while he is in college there, it was a great relief knowing his car was being taken care of. He says the car looks like new. Thank you

I had the left rear and side area fixed from an accident where I was rear-ended. When I picked up the car, after all the paperwork was complete, I went out to look at my car repair. The left rear panel piece was clearly a different shade of paint than the original paint on the car. I mentioned to Jeff that the color didn't match. He said that there were different surface types and the pain adheres differently. The other side, the original piece that was the opposite side of the repaired side, had paint that matched the original color of white. I have shown the vehicle repair to several other persons, one being a professional ****, and the paint clearly does not match. I called Jeff's garage a few hours after picking my car up and left a message that I was dissatisfied with the paint color. The next day, Friday, I called and talked to Maureen and told her of my problem. She said Jeff would call. He didn't call Friday. I called Saturday and got Jeff on the phone and I told him my daughter's wedding was in a week and I didn't have time to bring it in until after that week was over. Jeff said to bring it in and he would look at it. He didn't seem too hip on fixing it, he suggested he would explain to me why it looks the way it does. I said they could get a different mix of paint, perhaps. I have since then shown it to more people and they all agree it doesn't match. After my daughter's wedding, I will bring the car to Jeff. It needs to be re-painted, for sure. My car cost over $28,000 and it should have matching paint. I'm sure Jeff will handle this situation and fix the car so the paint matches. Thank you, Melissa B
