Excellent work

Too much stress and uncertainty about whether the car would be finished when promised. I needed my car at a specific time as I work out of town at a military base. Messages indicated car would be done a day too late then it took multiple calls on my part before I found out they would TRY to get it done on time. Then the day it was due I got a text saying it was ready. When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. They has gotten the wrong part and had to go to San Antonio to get it. Very inconvenient and irritating. Good work though.

noticed after pick up some damage to the black vinyl around windows and some paint finish differences. Also, considering the extent of the work and dollars/deductable paid would expect the truck cleaned and detailed inside and out.

Craig Laine was extremely helpful explaining the entire process. I'm very pleased with the work as well as the prompt service.

Appreciate the service provided. Everyone was responsive and helpful.
