As always Planet Ford did an amazing job.

Planet Ford is AWESOME!! I had an accident on March1st. (Not my fault! A little man crashed into the side of my Brand New 2018 Honda CRV, a $33,000 + vehicle. My insurance agent sent me to Planet Ford for repair. I wasn’t sure about that. My thinking was that I needed a Honda shop for repair. But my agent was not sure about that! He insisted that I go to Planet Ford. Okay, I said, so we took it to Planet Ford. When the Planet Ford emailed me to give me a date to pick up my vehicle, I was still a bit apprehensive. When I got there and saw it, I was amazed! It looked as though the vehicle had never been in an accident! It looked like it did on the show room floor! Thank you for giving me back my precious vehicle!! You guys (and ladies) did a 100 % fabulous job. I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! It’s Planet Ford for me!!!! Thank you SO MUCH! Suzanne C

The tech that processed my vehicle claim was awesome. I do not remember his name but he got my vehicle to me on time and keep me updated about everything. Awesome customer service from that individual

Overall, I was very happy with the repairs. It took much longer than expected. I did not receive my vehicle until a week and half after my estimated completion date.

The car is great. Thank you.

Ford was good. Frustrated at the length of time to repair and how many times we had to call for a status update as the text updates were inaccurate.
