Originally I was hesitant to allow Planet Ford to perform the repairs solely based on my first experience back in 2016. Dustin and his team provided superior customer service and great communications. When it comes time to trade in my vehicle Planet Ford will be the place solely based on Dustin and the crew in the Collision Center.

Horrible service advisor. Got my car back with my mirror no longer working when it didn’t even go into the shop for that. Had my engine replaced and now my Auto Stop no longer works and when I said something to Mark Barrett, the service advisor, I got, “that’s not our problem. Take it to AutoNation.” With absolutely no follow up on after that. So now my car has since been at AutoNation fixing Planet Fords mistakes that they won’t correct because it’s “not their problem.”

Jose was amazing! One of the ladies on 6/29 in the morning she is the face of your company and she was not very personable. Other than that I feel that it needed to be addressed but did not over ride what the rest of the company did. Love my Ford! Thanks again Jose the work is amazing!

Customer service at this dealership is lacking. I went to pick up my truck after the 5th time being there for the same problem and they pulled my truck around for me. I waited for someone to give me paperwork but they never came back to me. So I got in my truck and no one stopped me. I had to pull out paperwork from the repair shop that was left in my truck and take it inside to give someone.they Then I got back in my truck and left. No one questioned me if it was my truck or if I had any questions about the repair. Very poor Service!

I'm big on customer service...I cant imagine my repair being handled better than the service I recd from Rene. From the initial walk around to the final inspection Rene kept me in the loop. And the repair was done as if it never happened.

The back of the car where it was painted is a different black from the original car in the front. We waited 3 weeks for this which we were told it would take **** week. We took the vehicle in on June 3 got it today and wrong paint. ??

Came to collision center for a tailgate replacement. Staff was courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Dustin Misenhimer for his help and Patients. Hopefully I won’t need collision repairs in the future,but at least I know my dealership has my back. Thanks to all.

Truck has a lot of things still wrong with it. Door not painted correctly. Paint lines in the body. No clear coat on the bottom of the rear panel. Over spray on front panel from painting back door. Chip paint on gas cover door. Paint lines in rear fender well. Poorly painted panel inside door. I feel like the job was rushed. When I called about bringing my truck back up there to get the problems fixed and that I will need a loaner vehicle I was told it was my responsibility. I feel that I should be provided with a vehicle so they can fix what they didn’t the first go around.

my date of pickup kept getting delayed and it was frustrating. i was told **** to **** and a half weeks and ended up getting it after 2 weeks. i understand one delay but i got delayed twice and almost a third time
