Paint job was not done. I was asked to return next week to fix it and I live over half an hour away. Door handle is sticking and has left me stuck in my vehicle more than once. My car was obviously not done and I was told it was. Took over a month to not completely fix it. My vehicle was returned to me on absolutely zero miles to empty so I had to go get a gas can, use the rental to fill it up then go get gas in my car. You'd think after spending 6 grand you all would have the decency to put five bucks in the tank. It was on 25 miles to empty when I dropped it off. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had or heard of with vehicle repair.

Wasn't ready at time given to me. Picked up & returned to have marks buffed on back panel. Started home again check engine light was on. Waited while it was checked & was told light was off. Left again & light was still on. Told me headlight was not reconnected. Left it again & Picked up in pm. Finally ready. People I dealt with were very nice

Enrique V. (Sales) Went above and beyond to make my new vehicle purchase a good exp. Unlike my past ones with other Ford dealerships. There were a few scratches that were noticed during final walk through and without hesitation he assured me it works be taken care of. Your dealership is approximately 45min to an hour from where I live and work ( sugar land), And will gladly return for future service needs. Jose did a wonderful job with repairing my vehicle and provided me with great detail with what was going on with my vehicle. It was done in a timely manor and the result was fantastic. I will definitely be using planet ford in the future.
