The windshield washer will not work. There is fluid, I can hear the motor running, but nothing comes out. It doesn't leave a puddle, I can't figure out where the fluid is going. Was going to call today, but time got away from me.

My husband and I are very grateful for the professional way we were treat from the moment we put our claim in. We actually didn't do anything because everything was taken care of including the car that was provided for us while our car was being repaired. Thanks to everyone that made this transacation a very pleasant one. The car was left in great shape after repairs were done. Thank you all for a job well done.

Took too long. Too many unexplained delays. Granted some of the delay was Progressives fault but the majority was all Planet Ford. On 3/17 completion was allegedly 71% but took additional 14 days to complete last 25%. This is unrealistic & not satisfactory. Progress reports from multiple sources were conflicting. My feelings about Collision Center's honesty are at odds with my previous Service Center only experience. However from what little time I have seen the Flex the work quality appears to be excellent.
