I worked with Jose Chavez. He was very responsive and helpful. This is the second time we worked with him on a repair of a family car. Both experiences were easy and repairs were done timely and the end result looked perfect. Thank you for prompt communication. In total, we have had repairs completed 4 times here and have purchased 3 vehicles at Planet Ford. I am very satisfied with Planet Ford.

Ray did a fantastic job assisting me with the opposing insurance company. He kept me informed every step of my repairs. They did a perfect job repairing my car. It looks brand new. Initially had a problem with the process/communication with the work being done on my vehicle. The problem was fixed very quickly by Mike. The work done was great and I'm glad I came to Planet Ford. Will refer other people to them in the future.
