Marcus was great! He kept me informed through the whole process. He was also patient when my car insurance company was dragging their feet. Marcus did his part in making sure things went smoothly. He was awesome!

Excellent communications, knowledge and all around fantastic service. It was by far the best experience I have had. Marcus was very helpful and kept me informed on any updates. I don't want to have any reason to come back but I would certainly return to Planet Ford and recommend Planet Ford to anyone needing repairs. It' was a very good experience, thanks to Natalie Phillips. Otherwise my experience would have been a nightmare. My car went in on May 16th & got it back today Jul 14th. Tooooo long. But once Natalie took care of it, the work was done and she kept sending me upgrades on the job. You're lucky to have her. Maria S
