Clear coat on the bumper has run marks and there are a few rough spots. Spoke with Jay and will be bringing in to get fixed. I would have preferred this would have been done right the first time and the quality check was preformed as I would have done it. The positive side is I have been assured it will be fixed and expect it will be brought up to my expectations.

The handling of the repairs on my 2015 MKX by Marcus and "the Team" was exceptional. The customer service addressing my needs was even more exceptional. The attention to detail from my initial email (Whereby I sent Allstate's bid), and the phone call advising the process to repair the damage to my car, to my arrival and transition to Enterprise for the rental, covered everything I needed to know. An Exceptional 10+ is what I give Marcus and "The Team". Thank you very much!
