Delays happen and that is completely understandable, but, communication is important. Do not rush the process just to get the cars out. My entire was damaged in some part of your process regardless if it were at the shop or at YOUR detailer. The pictures you took in the beginning only prove I didn't bring my car in damaged. Then it was dismissed as if it was nothing.

The plastic moulding at the bottom of the door has a much larger gap after the repairs. The plastic piece that has the hidden keypad has a slight bend outward at the top. I think this panel was bent during removal and reinstalled. I was told this was all plastic and pops in place and can’t be adjusted. The finish on the clear coat was orange peeled when we came to pick it up. I left the car there and returned the next day to pick it up. The clear coat looks better now. I just wish the molding gaps and keypad plastic looked better.

They missed 6 "ready by" dates. So far the work looks fine, but I think there was a lot of time where no one touched it.
