Other than being super expensive for the insurance company (I have no control and neither do they about the pricing) they do an outstanding job when it come to being a repair shop. Their reputation Proceeds them.

I appreciate the attention I got from Rene Nazario when my claim was delayed by a previous rep in Planet Ford (Nataly) as soon as Mr. Nazario handle my claim my car was taken to the shop and fix in 2weeks I was satisfied with his perfesional attention towards my situation and I was happy with the outcome in how my car looked.

The experience I had with the Planet Ford body shop and dealing with Marcus Bosley was one of the best experiences I ever had with an auto body shop. Marcus was 110% professional, courteous and awesome, he explained everything in detail and I turn the car in on Thursday and he promised it will be done on or before the next following Wednesday and to save me money on the rental vehicle he was able to have the repairs completed by that Monday, and Marcos went above and beyond by staying a few minutes after closing to wait for me to give me the keys and explain the procedures on the vehicle after make ready. I would recommend Marcus and Planet Ford to anybody I know who's dealing with an accident or body repair work, I'm thoroughly satisfied and grateful

I don't think I could write a single thing that could have been improved. The entire process was smooth! The staff was friendly and professional, the repair was done way in advanced, I was kept updated through the whole process. Aside from the reason that brought me in the first place, it was an all around wonderful experience.

My old old car survived the flood by ****/8 of an inch but in November kept getting hit by keys or somebody banging the bumper and running away. My sister-in-law used your group to fix her Cadillac Cadillac so my husband said great place to get the Pacifica painted and all the things out. He was right we have a brand new little 2005 car
