I stopped receiving updates 2 days prior to the promised completion date. I followed up on the date promised, and was told to come over n the next day to pick it up. When I arrived, they were not expecting me, but released my car to me. I assume it was ready....

Everyone at Planet Ford was very nice. Nolan Nolan was on top of it he made sure my car was ready and clean when I showed up. Even with me being a little upset he was wonderful. I would like to thank each and every one that put their hands on my Ford debt a fantastic job I would recommend Planet forward to anyone with a problem thank you again for being there for me when I needed you

Planet ford has Excellent staff, catered to any needs I had, they made me feel very comfortable taking car of my vehicle and myself as I waited for my truck to be finished. They kept me informed about the progress and stages my truck was going through. The staff did an excellent job repairing my truck. I will recommend Planet Ford to other people.
