The repairs on my car were very professionally done. When I got my car back it was pristinely detailed. Thank you Planet Ford. Thank you Marcus for your outstanding awesome superb customer service. Several spots missed when painted. Carpet in the back was nasty, back was not folded down when I left the truck for repair. After 3 pick-up push backs and 3 weeks, I would have expected everything to have been done properly.

I would prefer communication from the Advisor and not the Ap. When I came to pick up my car it was wasnt ready when the Ap said it was. My car was in detail which I had to wait for detail to find my keys and let me take it before the detail was complete.

Was charged more than quoted because of the dealerships error. Waited twice as long because they couldn’t figure out the issue. Not only that but showed up at the dealership and wasn’t told that no one would be there and everyone was at lunch! Irritated doesn’t begin to describe it.
