I have called but no response. After receiving my vehicle, I noticed some issues. ****.) the horn no longer blows when I use the factory alarm. 2.) The radio stays on after I put car in park, turn it off and open the door. 3. The TV mounted in the ceiling does not power on.

The repair itself is fine. Communication was bad. Becky knew that I was not happy with communication so it would have been nice to have gotten a quick wash. Maybe she’s over worked and you need more service reps.

There was no communication as to status. Yes when I called I got a update but no other time. **** time I called in to get status and was put on hold for 15 minutes. When the girl came back she told me she forgot about me.

Customer service was fantastic! I did notice that one of the windows that was replaced had a chip on the new glass. I have not yet taken it in, but plan to do so.

communication was great throughout the process. The only thing I didnt understand is why you would replace one tire and not both so that it would wear evenly. Now it will always pull one way.

While the dealership provided me with a vehicle to drive after my truck was repaired in the collision department a month later than promised and being sexually harassed by your employee (Curtis), the care for my vehicle was subpar. The hitch in the bed of my truck was missing, the electrical hitch hookup was not reassembled, there are nicks and scratches in multiple locations and my tailgate was damaged. The man that took over my collision care was nonchalant about the damages. Overall my experience was traumatizing nor did it reflect the reputation or values of FORD.

All the people from start to finish were patient and courteous to me. When I picked up my car there were three people who although it was late in the day, they helped me with my renewal sticker and my license plates, then I lost the car keys they had given to me before I left. Each one should be commended because with out their help with moving everything from my rent car over to my car I would not have been able to leave!???????? I meant to remember each one by name, but I hope Mike will pat each one of them on their back because they were really patient!!

Thank You in service dept for being so helpful and caring people. EVERYTHING JUST LOOK WONDERFUL MY FORD EXPLORER NAMED MS ELAINA LOOK JUST LIKE WHEN I FIRST GOT HER RETURNED BEAUTIFUL N CLEAN . Great idea with the loaner Car greatly appreciated. Staff was patient and so kind I AM 73 years old did not know what to do STAFF TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY CAR .
