The biggest thing we like other than the fact that the job was done pretty much on schedule was the regular updates we received via text keeping us updated on the progress.
We also very much appreciate the effort to save us some money by repairing part of a headlight rather than replacing it. Especially when they called us to come down, look at the options and let us choose which way to go.

The repair looks great and the techs are all super nice and helpful. The receptionist Julie was on a couple of occasions and in person grumpy and rude about making appointments. I had hoped it was just the first time I called, but she was that way in person and again to make a follow up appointment. It’s hard when everyone else there is so kind and helpful to have someone so inconsiderate and unkind over the phone.

My first experience there was the feeling and and sense of family. Kurt is kind, thoughtful and I have complete trust in him. He went above and beyond in customer service and truly made me feel like family. The beautiful lady at the front (I'm sorry I can't remember her name at the moment) was kind, friendly, and also went above and beyond calling Enterprise to get me a ride. Everyone there made sure I was cared for and that my cutest car was in tip top shape and back to brand new. I've heard a lot of good things about Newby Collision and I'm glad I decided to trust them with my car. I've never had a more pleasant and enjoyable experience when dealing with a car accident. It made the whole ordeal of having my brand new car beat up actually a really cool experience. What other company can really say that? I see you all as heros.
