Would have liked more updates as things progressed .
There is an ink pen mark on my leather passenger seat that was not there prior to the accident that had to have happened sometime while you had it in your shop

Excellent service!!
Everyone was kind , friendly & helpful. My daughter left her backpack in her car after dropping off her Equinox & the back pack was at the counter waiting for her when she arrived to pick it up. Our vehicle was ready before the expected time-- what a wonderful surprise !!
