My car was satisfactory however I left my sunglasses on the counter & when I called back to tell them I would be coming back to get them the Lady who answered said they weren’t there. I 100% know they were so I am questioning the honesty of the employees. I was in the car without my glasses & had not been anywhere else!!! I am very upset that they were stolen by an employee probably a Christmas gift. It is just not right!

They should have realized they couldn’t do all the work from the beginning and recommended that I take it to the Chevy dealer thus avoiding WEEKS of delays!

Easy to work with, walk me through the entire process, and the job was done earlier then expected so they allowed me to keep the vehicle there until I could pick it up on the expected date of completion.

They did a great job with the amount of damage the vehicle had. The only thing is there was a small scrape on the passenger door that wasn’t there when we took the car in. We have it scheduled to be repainted on Monday. But my car looks great otherwise!
