Was not clear about payment, door is not aligned corectly, was led to believe it would be done on certian day at certain time or I would be contacted otherwise. That did not happen. Found additional scratches/marks that was not there befoe. Poor wash/cleaning job, still covered in wax/buffing compound.

Your people told me I had a massive old leak. Should not drive it at all. Should tow it to my regular mechanic, or that they could fix it for me, and needed to pull entire motor out to find it. I drove it to my mechanic, no problem. Oil level never moved on the dip stick. They had it for a week. They could have checked the dip stick over a period of 24 hours to see if losing significant amounts of oil. They didn't, and they never told me it was drivable after all.
I do not trust a mechanic who jumps to major repairs before doing a full investigation.
I could drive it for years like this as long as I keep an eye on the oil and top off. But, according to you people should not be driven.
Also, I did not have an oil leak before bringing it in to you for insurance paid repair work.
Not a drop of fluid on my concrete driveway. Coincidence or is someone there making work for themselves... I heard you recently let a guy go for doing bad things. Maybe you need to let someone else go too...

What you do for a living is repair and paint car parts . My car had a paint chip about the size of a dime in the part you repaired and it is unbelievable that you do this every day for a living and would show me your finished work with the chip the size of a dime in the paint.

The rental car provided to me had a terrible stench and I could only drive my car with the windows down. Additionally when the car was presented to me to be reviewed from the repair work, there was a brand new scratch on my car that occurred in the shop. They buffed out the scratch, but it was unnerving to see new damage to my vehicle while work was being performed on it.

My Experience with John Harris Body Shop has been less than desirable. I received an abundance of alerts about my car that were not all true.. for example I was called and told that my car was ready and that I needed to turn in my rental and my car was nowhere near done. When I called about the mixup I was met with indifference and no apology was given. Upon picking up my car on the 20th, after receiving another barrage of alerts over the weekend, I was presented with my car. Everything looked unfinished. There was tape still on my windshields, grit from sand blasting inside my car and vents and screens. My fuse box panel was half on. The plugs on the sides marked airbags had been popped out. The grommet inside my door panel is just hanging. Greasy fingerprints on my upper center console. This car was brand new (3 months old and detailed regularly) prior to this accident. Whoever worked my car took no pride. They could’ve at least vacuumed the grit dust up and wiped off the dash!. No one is asking for a full detail but Cleaning up after yourself is a must. When I started to explain that I had these grievances , I was again met with indifference. He took my car around the corner and brought it back 5 mins later with nothing corrected. He told me that I could bring the car back another day (I couldn’t wait for it I was on lunch at work and they had send me alerts to pick it up) to see what they could do. I originally wasn’t supposed to pick up the car until 8/21 and had the schedule been kept, the whole job could have been completed without my inconveniences

I received a text saying my car was ready to go home on Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning I called to see if I could get my vehicle. Was told no, and that I would be contacted as to when I could. I waited ALL day on my one day off to hear from someone. Couldn’t do anything because I didn’t want to make plans and have to rush to come pick up my vehicle whenever it was ready. I finally just showed up, after not hearing from anyone, an hour before close, and all of a sudden my car was ready?! Terrible communication, especially after being told my vehicle was ready to go home 24 hours before!

Rental car experience was terrible. Staff was rude, short, and made strange comments. The vehicle itself was filthy. The doors, the interior lining, the dash the windows were dirty. The car was banged up and smelled like someone had hotboxed cigarettes for days in the vehicle. It was bad enough it had to be exchanged out at another location because I certainly wasn’t coming back to you guys to treat me poorly again. The body shop staff were great and attempted to intervene.
