They kept me informed and involved during the whole process. Their timing was faster than what they had estimated, I was worried about underlying damage and they discussed all of the findings with me and how they would fix it. I have taken a variety of vehicals here, my jeep is my love and they made it better than it was before!!!! The only thing I could have asked for is that they detail it or vac out all the dust from the job.. But the work is impeccable so I'll clean it myself happy to have it restored so well..

Having my car hit, with nobody leaving a note, no witnessing, and having to pay 1000 deductible was a stressful and highly emotional event. I felt 100% powerless. I didn't do anything wrong, and all of a sudden, I have no car to drive and I owe 1000 for something I didn't even ask for.
I wish more people would pay attention to how I feel. Like, I didn't have any interest in hearing about what will be done to my car. I knew it would be fixed by your shop. That's very obvious. A body shop fixes cars. I really just needed somebody to be like, "Oh my gosh, that is such a bummer. I'm so sorry this happened to you. I can only imagine how stressful this must be. Just know that we are here for you, we care, and we are going to get your car fixed and someday you will forget this ever happened."

Basically... I would be completely happy and leaving a great note here if somebody had given me some emotional connection and understanding.
I needed that more than anything.
And that's why I love AT&T and American Express. No matter what happens in my life, they are the two companies that I believe really care. I tell them, "my phone got stolen".
And they respond with, "Oh no! That is sad news! I'm sorry that happened."
They probably don't actually care, and they probably spend a lot of money training their employees to pretend they care.... But it works.
Emotional connection is a big deal.
