Gilbert and his body shop team are extraordinary phenomenal when it comes to quality. they treat my vehicles as if they were their own. I'm very picky and yet I have no complains with any of my 4 vehicles are in Gilbert's possession at Hoy body shop. It really feels good when you can just go pick up your vehicle and it looks not just properly prepared but like a brand new vehicle. Now that's over the top! After serving 23 years in the military it feels good to know Hoy body shop treats me with dignity and respect. Whenever I called USAA I cut them off short and tell them I don't care about the adjusters name or shop I'm taking my vehicle to Hoy body shop where Gilbert and his staff treat me like family. Thank USAA before I would never use your preferred body shops, now that I've found Hoy I'll never go anywhere els. Tell me where you can have your vehicle repaired and people look at you like you just bought your car from the showroom floor!!
