All my questions and concerns were answered from the receptionist, adjuster, to the owner I was updated by text on the status of the repairs to my vehicle every time something was completed They even called a rental company for me I was totally satisfied I will definitely recommend CARSTAR to everyone

Pai tug my door was not a project I had talk the girl that it was only a dent not to touch the paint it has a lot of body wave that is not professional at all I don’t like the painting

I wish carstar would have made a better effort to contact me during the repair process. All communication with carstar was made by me reaching out to the shop, and not the other way around. Also, I do understand that the repair process can be lengthy, but I felt the repairs took longer than they should have.
