I was not completely satisfied. It took twice as long as you said it would. The communication while that was happening was poor at best. I had to call to get information. The headlight still needs to be readjusted. That takes my time plus having to drive to Gilbert from Gold Canyon. When I was told it was done I had to take it back because of places with issues with the paint. So I am satisfied as of now but I still need to come back.

REPAIR WAS DONE PERFECTLY. DOOR WAS REPLACED AND BY LOOKING AT THE EXTERIOR, ALL THE SEAMS AND GAPS ARE PERFECT. LOOKING AT THE INTERIOR DOOR PANEL YOU CAN"T TELL THAT ANYTHING WAS EVER REMOVED. PAINT MATCH IS PERFECT. WAS THE BEST AND MOST THOROUGH DETAIL JOB I HAVE EVER HAD. WILL RECOMMEND AUTOBAHN COLLISION TO ALL.

I really don't care to be contacted by my Autobahn Collision Representative, but believe repairs took much longer than necessary--considering the extent of the damage to my vehicle--(namely, 35 days) and were held up for too long while awaiting approval from GEICO for additional estimates.

We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Just disappointed in the amount of time it took. We were told 3 weeks and it actually took 6 weeks. I think it would be better to under promise and over deliver so as to manage ones expectations of the time needed. No need to call me for that. It's just an FYI. Otherwise we love the work.

Hi, Our 2016 Volvo s60 Cross Country was returned to us with just over 100 extra miles on the odometer. Also, we locked the glove box and it was unlocked when we picked up the car. Also, the 3 back headrests were in the up positions, and we always keep them down. The center back headrest was pulled up, which we have never done since owning the car. We inquired as to how/why all this occurred while the car was at your facility, especially the additional 100+ miles, and no one has contacted us to explain. Perhaps someone can?? -D.N. Beck
