I had to take the car back because contour lines on tailgate, upper drivers side, were badly mismatched. Car was there for another week while this problem was fixed. It is OK now.

The bumper that was replaced on my car was not buffed out properly. I you can see all the buff marks, and it is not as shiny as the rest of the car.

My vehicle sat in your shop for 8 days after completion. I am without transportation while my truck sat in your possession. When I picked up my truck FINALLY, I was told insurance covered the entire bill. I asked about the “after market” part and then and only then I was told I owed 43.00? More.
I don’t feel that follow through was done unless I was initiating responses. This was a very unsatisfying experience.

From the moment my repair experience began, I was made clear not to have any expectations of a repair date completion. Along the way, there were no promises made. This left me in a consistent state of apprehension, especially when the rental car insurance was running out. No updates on progress, no eta ever given. Car was absolutely filthy inside with leftover work dust and materials. The only thing ok about the whole experience was the repair. However, 7 weeks to fix a fender bender when the parts were all in stock after 3 weeks seems excessive. I was even told my car was pushed back, no reason given. Paperwork wasn’t ready when the car was finally completed.

Paint texture is off, which I feel throws the color off,and the detail of the vehicle was well under what I would have expected. Astan tried his best to reassure me that all would be good. However he was not the tech.
