Service was exceptional. I did enjoy having a waiting area with refreshments. The reception staff were very friendly and I was very pleased to have my car back earlier than expected. My only bit of concern is the missing parts that I'm gonna have to question when I return when they install the special ordered parts. Other than that I am greatly satisfied :-)

The work is good - the front desk questionable. Also when I picked up my car I was given the key and shown where the car was parked. No one reviewed what was done. I have used Valley before and always treated well and every step explained. Not so this time.
