I had to "come back" several days after I picked up my repaired vehicle. There was a rattle in the repaired driver's door. However, after I returned it to fix the rattle, it's in perfect shape. Thanks for a great repair job.

Beautiful repair work. Great people to work with who also kept me informed DAILY on repair progress.I got my car back 2 days EARLIER than promised. The paint on the bumper doesn't match. The bumper is also misaligned. It looks like paint was used to fill in the gap. Not happy!

Excellent to deal with. Brian and Laura were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure the car was ready to suit my schedule. I was impressed with how clean and well polished it was when I picked it up also. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this place in the future. Thank you

Starting with the attentive office staff (Renee and Laura), Brian talking me through the needed body work (and our decision to have complete detailing done), the complimentary shuttle ride to my home, and the later pick-up, and the excellent job done by all those who worked hard to make my car look almost like new again... All of that added up to my being a truly satisfied customer. Even the woman who cleans my house once a month commented on how good the car looked when she arrived this a.m. My sincere thanks to all of you. Be assured I'll be happy to recommend Valley Motor Center to anyone who needs work done on their cars. I'll be posting a recommendation on POSO (stands for Part of Sherman Oaks), which is a closed social networking site listing individuals and companies residents find worthy of personal "recs". Back bumper which required full restoration was not at all color matched with the rest of the Vehicle, very disappointing. I request the Manager or director of Valley Motor Center rectify this major flaw right away.

The customer service was excellent and very professional. You kept me updated on the status of the car. The car repair was done 6 days early which made me happy. The car looks terrific, looks brand new! Having an accident and needing car repair and a rental car can be anxiety-producing. Everyone at Valley Motor Center makes the process a whole lot easier and less stressful. Thank you to everyone involved!

Everything was great. I had a small problem at the time of pick up (a new scratch in my door), however it was taken care of promptly before I left. The inside trunk area of my car was disassembled (I realized this once I got home), but I was able to put it back together myself. Besides those two small issues, the experience was good. Thank you.

This has been the best experience I've had with a body shop for repairs due to an auto accident. I really appreciate the great communication (I was updated on all communication between VMC and my insurance co.), the convenience of doing everything over email (including signing paperwork online), excellent quality of work (all body panels are lined up perfectly, paint job quality is great, all mechanical parts functioning perfectly), and the job was completed 4 days ahead of schedule. Thank you for making this a very simple process and for doing a great job on my car.

There was some confusion with the scheduling of my appointment where I had a confirmed one for 7:30AM, but it didn't appear on your schedule, and I was asked to come back at 1PM. Fortunately I was able to accomodate you. Other than that, another good service experience and good work on the car.

Yes..........basically but SO MUCH FOLLOWUP IN PHONE CALLS, AND EMAILS, AND MAIL ALSO....total BOMBARDMENT !!!!!!!!!!! APPRECIATED FOR THE ATTENTION BUT A "little bit " "too much perhaps??"??? Also One minor item on my repaired hatchback rear door which I still have to call MIKE who wrote me "IF ANYTHING WAS NOT PERFECT" to call him??? THANS AGAIN FOR BASICALL GREAT SERVICE & GOOD JOB FOR SUREBUT WILL STILL CALL MIKE ON ONE MINOR MATTER.........THANKS! OR??? YOU COULD HAVE HIM CALL ME???? *!* ***-***-****!!!! TANNKS & SORRY FOR MISTYPES BUT 1am in morninbg and am pooped from cleaning up emails??? CIAO THEN & FINAL THANKS!!!
