The replaced driver's side mirror is at a slightly different angle than the passenger side mirror (that wasn't replaced). I can live with it, but it does change my opinion about the shop being perfectionists in the work.

I could not understand the statement describing the work that was done. Not sure you can do anything about that except to use plain English without abbreviations and perhaps group some of the individual entries with a plain English description. Also could not understand why some of the work was necessary.
