Very disappointing experience. As a return customer I expected far greater communication, follow thru and attentiveness. ****)The car took twice as long to repair than estimated. 2)Never received the return call from the manager I requested. 3)and when I finally picked up the car and was on the freeway 10 miles away on the way to work?the under inflated tires indicator illuminated. Unbelievable!

One small thing: when I get emails saying the car is going to be ready at 6, please don't first call at 5:30. I work 10 minutes away but it still isn't enough time to return a rental and get there.

Nice office and not what I expected for an auto shop. Staff are very professional, well dressed and attentive. Staff keeps you updated on the progress of repairs on your vehicle. Simple repair to a sunroof took 13 days due to trouble sourcing parts. The interior was not dried or cleaned from the rain that got inside during this 13 days and the car now smells like mold. Also, I asked to see the repair before signing and the girl at the counter gave me such a stink face I went ahead and signed before looking since this shop was recommended by USAA. When my car finally came around I was very disappointed that there was adhesive from the crash wrap still all over the roof. It had already been 13 days and I was super tired of waiting for my car so I just took it. I did not even think to check the inside of the car until a mile down the street when I noticed greasy handprints all over the headliner and a big lump in the sunroof seal that was no there before. All in all a very poor experience but they did have nice coffee in the lobby. I will be posting this to yelp and sending pictures to the insurance company even though I don't have time for this.

This is my 2nd time going to Valley Motor Center. Great service all the way around. Thank you!

Good work

Valley Motor did a good job on our car. We are fully satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, they had a problem with our insurance company, and it sat there for about a month before they could work on it. But when they did, they did it fast so we got it in just a few days. Charles R
