The damaged bumper looks fine, but the interior of the car was returned to me very dirty with black shoe marks on the inside of the door panels and oil/dirt stains on the carpet. Not a real big deal, but it did take me me a half-hour to clean the door panels and shampoo the carpet.

The mechanical issues were not eliminated. It would have taken a low speed test drive for the mechanic to determine that further repairs are needed. I have difficulty justifying the length of time that the shop had my car yet failed to eliminate the issues I have explicitly advised of. According to the invoice an alignment was done, which seems doubtful. As a person that knows a little about auto repair, it is obvious that the alignment was not done properly. Furthermore, there is an issue with excessive vibration of the wheel, and issues with transmission which, according to the rep, were examined and nothing was found to be faulty. However, the issue is obvious enough that it would not take a mechanic or any equipment to determine its presence. It is irritating that my car was held for close to a week and I will have to put the car in a shop again because the necessary care was not taken to make the appropriate repairs.

Great place and a great staff. From being beyond pleasant at 7:30am, when I was complete grump. To searching the candy dish for some Crunch bar for me when I picked to my PT Cruiser, this place gets an A for customer service. I hope I won't need their services in the future, but if I do...I know where I am going.

The repair work is impeccable! My car looks beautiful again, thanks to you. Furthermore, I truly appreciate the wonderful detailing inside. It felt so good to step into my car once again and experience the same freshness and look that this car had a few years ago when I bought off the lot. Hi. My car was picked up yesterday and my Check engine light is on.(it wasn't on before the incident that caused the repair).I talked to Josa and am waiting a call back as to when I can bring the car in to check on that.

You may wish to suggest that when a vehicle is left pending a claim against the other driver's insurance, that a claim might also be made against one's own insurance. OR, PERHAPS NOT
