The vehicle was promised to be ready a lot sooner. It was picked up about 6pm on 12/5/14. I had requested for minor buffing and painting, at my cost if necessary, with an estimate re this first at the front side of the passenger area. This was not done even though I had called more than two times to remind you. Also, the towing fee was supposed to come from AAA and you were told to expect a refund check from the towing company in the amount of 312.00..yet the 312.00 remained on the bill ignoring our conversation regarding this. The passenger air bag appears to be OFF. Why? You had ample time to address all issues and to do the extra work requested, at my cost with an estimate before doing any of this, yet you ignored this even though you had the car longer than you should have.
The Warranty states effective 11-30-2014. I picked up the car on 12-5-2014, so this should be the Warranty Start Date, don't you think?

Everything was great, staff friendly, very responsive. After I picked up my car I began to notice that it smelled kinda bad. Then when I picked up my cloth tote bag from the floor of the passenger side, I saw that it was wet. I felt the floor and found it to be very wet. I called and left a detailed message. I got a call back from the office in the morning offering to give me priority service and they would dry it out for me - they were very nice and accommodating. The problem is that my office hours are the same as yours and I can't take the time off from work to have this done. I don't know how my floor got wet, but for that issue to have been discovered in the quality check and corrected prior to pick-up would have been great. I think perhaps a window was left cracked open in the rain is what happened, but I'll never really know. The carpet will eventually dry, and I might have time on the weekend to bring it in. So this review is not all that negative, but my experience was not absolutely perfect.

When the car was finally ready,****-****/2 weeks after it was promised, it was not fully completed. There is a scratch on the bumper,which was pointed out by Armand, and I must return the car for completion of the repainting. Also, the "electronics" were changed and now the remote entry does not work.
Armand and the office staff have very pleasant and accommodating regarding the delay and when I called about the problem with the electronic programs. Armand has offered a rental car for use until the repair is completed in a satisfactory manner.
While I am not happy with the continued delay I am satisfied that I have been dealt with honestly and understand that sometimes things don't go smoothly, despite everyones best efforts.
Hopefully I'll be fully satisfied when I get my car back.

I wasn't sure what to expect with Valley Motors. Despite the solid reviews, I am new to the area and was a little hesitant. From the moment I was greeted, I knew this was a different experience than most auto body centers I've been to. VMC has mastered the customer service experience and I witnessed this from start to finish. They executed on every promise and kept me updates evey step of the way. Because of this, I was able to manage my busy work schedule without any inconvenience. Work was spot on and every single member of the staff made me feel like a rock star. And it felt genuine.
