Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My first experience with Valley Motor was in January 2015 (my car had got broken into) and Valley Motor was a joining partner with my car insurance. The repairs were flawless, so when my vehicle was hit by another motorist (in April 2015) I knew right away I was choosing Valley Motor to repair the body damage because they did such an excellent job the first time. Valley City - I am 1000% impressed with how well you handled everything with my Sonata! I made it clear several times that it's been 20 years that I've been in a fender bender of any kinda (let alone here in LA - I was living in a small town in Ohio at the time). With daily text updates - along with the rental - not to mention your work, I was STUNNED when I picked my car back up! I enjoy people too, and the staff were a lot of fun - very personable! I would easily allow my car to be in another collision of it meant coming back and doing business with you again! ;) Thx, everyone!

Many delays in the pickup date, I had to wait almost 2 full weeks for my car. I appreciate the service done tho, so far (4 hours later) it is working well!

I was dissatisfied with how long it took to repair my vehicle. I was told that it would be ready on Tuesday. However I kept getting updates letting me know that it would be another day due to this or that. I didn't get my car until Saturday. It was really difficult to coordinate with my fiancee all our schedules and responsibilities for that week. I had planned on not having my car until Tuesday not Friday. I wasn't even able to pick it up on Friday because I couldn't get there on time (no ride). It was a big inconvenience. I wasn't offered any discount etc. For having to wait longer than anticipated. Furthermore, I was originally very happy with the results until I began to hear a sound coming from the trunk area of my car. It sounds like something is loose and it rattles when the car is in motion. I plan to take it in this weekend to see what the problem is.
