Service King Van Nuys

My overall experience with this shop was very poor. I was unable to get an appointment at a time when it was convenient for me so I brought the car in for an estimate without one. After this point, I had to call more than 5 times in order to ask for the estimate and each time I called, they acted as if I had never been there. My estimate was never given to me and I had a hard time again setting up an appointment to start the work on my car. Once it was there, they redid the estimate, as obviously they had not ever completed it and told me the car would take one week. At this point, they started to update me a little more and the car was ready in one week as promised. After picking up my car, I noticed there were several items missing from the car. A necklace, first aid kit, flashlight and phone charger. This was one of the first times I've ever had to take a car to have body work done and I really hope this is not the norm for a "professional " shop. Not only would I never go back here, but would strongly urge against anyone I know going either.

Great job, I was really happy with the way my car turned out and the short length of time it took to fix. You guys are always very accommodating and friendly!

My experience was great, there were delays but they totally made up for them, with extending my car rental and letting me pay by deductible at the end of the week. The customer service was great and so was the communication from Valley Motors to the customer. My car looked amazing also!
