Took too long to get quote and omplete work. When it was finally ready to pick up, there were 5 items that were not fixed properly including alignment and aftermarket pieces that did not fit. I had to leave the car for a few days again. When I went to pick up today, light bulb for front blinker was not working and they had to put in bulb that was out. This should have been reviewed prior to pick up as told. After leaving, I noticed another problem but did not have time again to turn around. Now I have to bring it back again to fix windshield.

The follow thru was terrible and not in line with the way I have always been treated at valley motors. My husband had a similar experience a few weeks ago. We won't be taking our cars back for body work.

Can you please tell me why I paid more than the original estimated cost of repair? On 7/14 Brian a price of ****,092.91. In the email he sent me he discounted the labor to45.and paint supplies to 35 hr. I know he went on vacation when I brought my car for repairs. Im very satisfied with the repairs but I believe the rate per hour should have been changed. I tried to call the office with no answer.

Everyone was nice and the work that was done .... was great. But it took much longer to fix then it was originally told to me. You guys told me it would take only a day or two... but it ended up taking over a week
