I picked up my car with the following issues / problems:
****. Completely dead battery. I had it tested and confirmed there are dead cells now, meaning it has to be replaced since it won't even recharge. The battery is not that old and was perfectly fine when I dropped the car off, so someone must have left a light on or done something to kill it.
2. The rear seat was not put back in properly; it's completely loose.
3. The rear left door trim is damaged at the window seal; this was fine when I dropped off the car.
4. The left rocker panel at the driver’s door has damage to the trim seal; this was also fine when I dropped off the car.
5. The fog lights do not turn on; these of course worked fine when I dropped off the car (maybe they weren't reconnected when the bumper was reinstalled).
6. There is a scratch on the rear left exterior door handle; this was already there, however it was supposed to be fixed along with the other repairs.
7. There was a socket left under the hood on the plastic cover around the windshield wipers; I only discovered this after hearing it rolling around while cornering.
8. I'd like to know why more than 75 miles were put on my car during the repair process; this seems excessive.
9. The interior was not very clean; there's window sealant residue on some of the interior trim panels and quite a bit of shop dust.

We have used Hamlin's/Service King several times and I was worried when the. name changed. I didn't need to worry. Service King delivered as well as Hamlin's in terms of customer service and end result. Thank you for doing everything right from beginning to end People often ask me why I use Service King when it takes so long to get in and my response is it takes so long because everyone wants to use them because they are so good and it's more than worth the wait. I have recommended Service King to many of my friends. Thank you again for all you do. I hope not to need any repairs in the future but I will be back for sure.

There wasn't much communication about what was going on. They called me at the last minute to tell me it wasn't going to be ready - after I had turned in my rental. I was 3 days without a vehicle. The repairs look very good, however. I am happy with that.
