It was the easiest collision repair I have ever experienced. Mike Swinehart was courteous, efficient and responsive. I simply brought the car in, picked up my rental and then a few days later picked up my car fully repaired. It could not have been better.

The service advisor tried to play me for a fool. They didn't do a complete inspection on my car. The alignment is still off. The repair was halfway done. They scratched my taillight lens while it was there. The paint on my bumper is different from the cars color. Just not satisfied with any of the services that they did.

Although I'm satisfied with my repair, the fitment could've been better, but understanding that the bumper is plastic and the front of my car has a weird design, I can let this pass. There were minor scuffs on the grill from the repair as well. I'm thinking the difficulty in replacing this particular bumper may have been a little high for this shop.

The car was there for **** week instead of 2 days got it back and it looks terrible it needs to be repaired again.i am not very happy with the work done on my car

Everything looked really good. The paint color was slightly off (you can only tell if you know that it was repaired) and the tire where the repair occurred was 10 psi over the recommended tire pressure.
