The staff was very courteous and notified me in a timely manner. If I could not be reached by phone, they sent an email. I just my car back yesterday, but I feel confident with the lifetime guarantee on the work that was done. Everyone that I encountered at Bayway was very nice to me. They made sure the rental was returned as well.Thank you for exceptional customer service.

My service rep Deeana was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and overall just nice. The repairs performed to my truck look great. Y'all wipe the inside of the truck and vacuumed. As well as a quick wash. Thank y'all. Will refer anybody I know to take it to yall.

It was all about exceptional customer service. Deanna was so professional and courteous. She emailed me updates regularly. The car was ready when she originally said it would be even though she had some parts issues. Everyone took pride in their work. Every person I spoke with was pleasant and professional from the receptionist to every other person I had a conversation with. I will recommend your company to other customers and also to Farmers insurance. Good Job.

I have to say I did have some struggle with the insurance company but as far as Bay Way Bodyshop they did everything possible to keep me happy, satisfied, and really really glad I chose Bay Way to repair my car. David and all his staff went above and beyond anything I could of dreamed of. Thank you David without you I may have gone insane during this process but you made it tolerable despite the issues with my insurance. I would recommend anyone to bring their car to Bay Way and I know they would receive the same level of professionalism and outstanding customer service I got!
