It was a great experience, fast and easy to work with Bayway! The repair work on my car is done so well that there is no indication left that my car was ever damaged!! Our only complaint was the communication process. Intially I was not contacted with an estimate nor anyone calling to see if we wanted to go forward. I called to find out the status and was told it was already being repaired. I would have gone with bayway anyway, as y'all have done repair work previously, but that was a breakdown in communication. Otherwise, pleased with everything.
