There is a gap between the rear window frame and the head lit. There are stands of what looks like dried glue hanging down from the headliner. Looks in finished. Not sure if there is a trim piece missing of the new window frame is smaller than the previous rear window frame or what. Doesn’t look good. Also as previously discussed, communication was not good during the process, especially regarding when the truck was going to be ready.

Bayway collision like the dealership treated me like a Tiffany customer with a million dollars to spend. My agent, David was the nicest man, and kept me informed at every point. The receptionist is the most personable person I’ve ever met. You have the right one at the front desk! My car looked like new and drove like new. I would recommend and I have, Bayway to anyone and everyone. My co- worker who I recommended bought a new Volvo two months ago from Bayway and she told me it was everything I told her it was. So I know I am not exaggerating.

I went to pick up my car and drove off with it. Once I got on the freeway my hood flew up and hit my windshield. I almost got into an accident because of it. We got it back to the body shop and still have not received and update or call apologizing for the mistake. Not one call from a manager about the ordeal. This experience has truly traumatized me.

Bay Way Bodyshop has always done a great job in repairing vehicles we've brought in. My only complaint with this visit would be that the receptionist maybe misunderstood or didn't know the procedure for us getting the vehicle into the shop. Nationwide had indicated to us it was ok to bring the car in but we were being told by the receptionist we had to wait until a Nationwide representative came in which only happens on Wednesdays. And that we had to get on that persons list.
